On a sunny April day in the Easter holidays I held a foraging & making day for a group of girls; – so amidst lots of chat, we collected and made:

Crystallised Primroses – then used them on top of prettily iced cakes

Nettle soup – which we ate for lunch (yes, I was surprised that all ate it!)

Wild Garlic Pesto – to take home for supper.
